Staying at this guesthouse was an absolute delight from start to finish. The owner and the staff were some of the warmest and kindest people I've ever met, so welcoming, genuinely friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. The owner even gifted each of us beautiful bukhoor before we left and waved us goodbye until we were out of sight. It felt like leaving family. They went out of their way to help us find an adapter we needed, and little touches like complimentary coffee and dates always available at the reception made us feel incredibly at home. The terrace offers a stunning view which is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring or for enjoying sunrise. The guesthouse itself is impeccably clean, tastefully decorated in traditional Omani style, and has everything you could possibly need. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of old Nizwa. You can easily walk to the souq, the fort, and all the main attractions. It’s also just a short stroll from where the Mwasalat Muscat–Nizwa buses drop you off. This was truly one of the most memorable stays of my life. The hospitality, the atmosphere, the comfort...everything was perfect. I will absolutely stay here again when I return to Nizwa. Highly, highly recommended!

First of all I want to appreciate our hospitable host Hossein, he is a welcoming gentleman that we felt we're in our home. The guesthouse is located in a tranquil and peaceful area , however it's in walking distance to attractions such as Fort and Nizwa Souq! Also he suggested us some places to visit in the way back Muscat which was a great suggestion.

Bait Almuallem By Nomad se encuentra en Nizwa, en la región de Ad Dakhiliyah, a 4 min a pie de Fuerte de Nizwa. Hay terraza, wifi gratis y parking privado gratis. Este hotel, antigua casa de un maestro, es un tesoro ubicado junto al zoco de la ciudad en la parte más antigua. El mimo de la decoración y del ambiente es maravilloso. Nuestra habitación era preciosa, con un baño inmenso y una bañera clásica con mucho estilo. (Creo se trataba de la habitación número 10). El hotel tiene una azotea donde puedes sentarte y ver toda la ciudad y la cordillera en el horizonte. Quiero mencionar especialmente a Jahid que fue muy amable y facilitador.

A 10 minutos andando del zoco o del mercado. Habitaciones nuevas, impecables, limpias y muy comodas Personal muy amable. Parking privado dentro del propio hotel

Al Hamra Mountain View está en Al Ḩamrāʼ, a 44 km de Fuerte de Nizwa, y dispone de alojamiento con salón de uso común y parking privado gratis. Edificio nuevo con instalaciones cómodas y funcionales. Nos dejaron usar la piscina incluso después del horario.

Beautifully renovated classic Omani house. It was our favourite place we stayed during our trip in Oman, and hope to be back again soon. Great dinner and incredible breakfast spread. Owner gave us good local recommendations of what to see in and around Al Hamra. Locally-sourced and all natural soaps in the bathrooms were a perfect added touch. Would recommend this as a must stay for any friends who ask for recommendations for Oman!

I highly recommend this establishment for your stay in Misfat. The location is absolutely perfect, the hospitality is excellent, the terrace view is breathtaking, and the meals are top quality! You can go without any hesitation

We really enjoyed the atmosphere of this place and they made us feel welcomed. Room was spatious and beds very comfortable. View from the terrace is amazing and we liked the close distance from Birkat Al Mouz ruins. Breakfast and coffee was just great!

Misfah Heritage House, que cuenta con jardín, terraza y vistas a la montaña, se encuentra en Misfāh, a 49 km de Fuerte de Nizwa. Fantastic location and hosts, if you go to Oman you need to visit this place, do not miss it.
