We especially enjoyed the boat vibe, being close to the water for sunrise and sunset, the private dock with hammocks, watching the dolphins, the great snorkling experience right at our spot, the good cooking, the friendly hosts, the day travel to red frog beach with the canoes of the property. We throrougly enjoyed the tropical wilderness and being away from civilization.

The Sunsetter was perfect! We loved our big room, comfy bed, terrace with views overlooking the water. Sally and Mike are great and there to help with everything. They even let us borrow their kayak one day. The breakfast was amazing! Would definitely recommend staying here!

It's a very silent area, sourrounded by nature. You can easily walk to different beaches. The outdoor kitchen and the fridge in the room are perfect for cooking. It's clean and has everything you need. There ist also the opportunity for food delivery. The breakfast was delicious and they changed it every day. The hosts are super kind and helpful. We could also stay longer than the usual checkout, because there was no booking for the following night. Thank you for the great stay!

We loved the warm reception and daily routine that started with dear Gabriel good mood on breakfast till the sunset with the fishes in the evening. All perfect would give six stars if that was possible.

Carmen and Marcel are incredible hosts. For four days you feel like part of a family with the hosts and other guests. The breakfast is large and flavorful and the dinners combine great food with fun company. We also had two sloths hanging out in the nearby trees.

Located on Bocas del Toro, Barrbra BnB Over The Sea is a 2 story house built directly over the sea. The house includes 4 rooms on the 2nd floor. We had an amazing stay; Marco and his team are so kind the whole time, and made us feel at home. The breakfast was incredible, the trust bar worked fantastically... Really nothing bad to mention about Barrbra. There is also a dock there where you can get taxis into town or book tours- so you don't even need to go into town for activities if you don't want to! The place itself is beautifully decorated with a great common area. The wifi was great to work and take calls; sometimes it cut out but that was an island wide thing. AC in the room was incredible and a godsend Would come back here if we return to Bocas del Toro

Mosana Reef Garden B&B is set in Bluff Beach, 5 km from Bocas Town and 26 km from Buena Vista. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. Free WiFi is available and free private parking is available on site. Great accommodation between sea and jungle, away from the city hustle. The only sound you hear are the sea waves and birds. The room was spacious and comfortable, the patio with kitchen was a huge plus, especially during rainy days. We loved that they changed our bed sheets every 2 days, which nowadays doesn't happen even in 4 or 5-star hotels. Nadia and Salvatore go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. They gave us a lot of tips for our tours and ways to explore the island. I can definitely recommend this place and would book it again!

The eco-friendly B&B Dolphin Bay Hideaway features a wooden terrace with hammocks, plus garden and Dolphin Bay views. It is located on Cristobal Island, 20 minutes’ boat trip from Bocas del Toro. Thank you Brian and your lovely Team! I had chosen the accommodation with high expectations from home in Germany (cold and gray in February) and was really looking forward to it. My expectations were even exceeded: Brian's hideaway is enchanting: it is quiet, the garden and forest and rooms are lovingly and tastefully designed in every respect, the food is incredibly delicious, Brian and his team are extremely attentive, caring and kind and the rooms and all communal areas are super clean. The tolerant, loving approach of Brian and his team is not only evident in their hospitality, but also manifests itself in nature. They are reforesting the existing forest and focusing on diversity and naturalness; the renaturation will bring back animals, and they also rescue wild animals kept as pets. The fact that they are saving areas of nature and networking with neighbors brings hope and confidence and I can definitely recommend a stay at Dolphinbay Hideaway (yes, you will see dolphins :-)).
