I'm not exaggerating but this is the best appartement I ever booked in my life , Nico and Karen will take care of you like you are one of their family, Nico helped us with the barbecue and ensured that everything is in place, the typical day you go morning for swimming then you pass buy some fresh fish .. all of these within less than 100 meters, I was searching in booking.com before I arrive here for the best place to stay with these conditions: no steep , next to bus station, infront of the beach and close to groceries and restaurants and this place met all these conditions. They have a garden with some delicious fruits that you can enjoy ;)

Restaurant: delicious food, nice portions, amazing service! Rent a car from the airport, drive around, it is worth it! On the nearest beach you can't swim, but it is a great spot to see the sunset. Located within 60 metres of Beau Vallon Beach and 4.2 km of Victoria Clock Tower, Bord Mer Villa provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Beau Vallon. The staff is fantastic - every single one was so helpful and doing everything to accomodate me. Early check in? No problem (very early) - late check out? No problems. They also helped me plan my stay in the seychelles and book the different tours to the other islands which were all fantastic - breakfast is brought directly to the cute terrasse in front of your room. Second, the location is perfect (especially for me a solo traveller) - 20 seconds for the beautiful beach of Beau Vallon - and walking distance from nice places like Beach Shak, Boat house, la plage , pizzerias, super market and liquor stores. Overall fantastic stay!

The rooms are fitted with a TV with cable channels. A terrace or balcony are featured in certain rooms. Rooms include a private bathroom with a shower and bidet, with a hairdryer provided. The location was a very easy walk from the beach. The view at sunset is a MILLION DOLLAR VIEW....no, it's priceless! The pool water was warm and refreshing and the poolside area was quiet. Breakfast was simple but wholesome and filling. The owners, Nicole and Paolo were easy to converse with and work with.
