Neil, the host, was friendly and welcoming, providing us with helpful information about trails in Zion and eating out in nearby Springdale. Quiet location, very close to the buzz of Springdale and only about 10 minutes by car to the park gates. Very spacious and homely property - we even had a four poster bed! The breakfasts were great too.

Even though there is no breakfast included, he offers coffee and some pastry in the morning in his kitchen, where we had nice chats with the other guests. Our room was really large, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Also, they have nice cats (no worries, they are not allowed in the rooms, so no problem for people with allergies).
