Was made to feel welcome straight away, a lovely gentleman on front of house. Great location, just across from downtown Bandon Ample parking Quiet and comfortable room, all great!

Lovely house with real history and private balcony. Great hosts, so considerate and fabulous breakfast too. Great recommendations for local restaurants, personally made us a reservation at True Kitchen, which was superb. Gail and James were so hospitable, friendly and helpful. The bed was super comfy too!

The location was excellent!! The view from the room of the beach and ocean literally at our doorstep was incredible! The room was spacious, fireplace was lovely added feature! Kitchen fully stocked was very handy. The room was quiet, basically a private entrance, very nice! The architecture of the resort is interesting in itself, all in all an excellent property!

Comfortable bed, spacious room. Quiet, great location. Price was excellent value for money.

Very friendly staff and the guest were friendly too. We got a good breakfast recommendation only 3 blocks away. It was a bit noise when walking in - my room, however, was quiet. For parking: there is a smart-park garage only 1 block away and much cheaper than the offer by the hotel.

Beds and sheets so comfortable. Very well cleaned room. Great location. Quiet. Friendly and attentive staff.
