Great location, close enough to walk around Providence. Quick lifts. Lovely room. Great breakfast options - coffee, juices, waffles, eggs, cereals, fresh fruit.

A very clean, quiet and comfortable Inn with a great location.

Great location downtown Providence and it was pretty much the cheapest room in the area. Furniture was a big old, but everything was spot clean, big bathroom, comfortable bed and complimentary breakfast was simple but functional. It was serve 6-10am which was great. Stored my bag before checkin and after checkout. Staff was really friendly.

The location of the Bed and Breakfast was great. It was in a quiet neighborhood not far from the mansions of Bellevue and Ocean Drive. The owner Mary was very helpful and very friendly. She gave us helpful suggestions and had many stories about Newport. Our breakfast was delicious as well.

Spectacular view, amazing location, very quiet, ample parking, resort i sin the middle of it all, walking distance to exceptional dining. Great suite, private full kitchen with all appliances and dinnerware, washer, dryer. Very comfortable. Accommodated 4 if us very comfortably. Staff was professional. Lots of clean soft towels, didn't have to ask for more. Clean. Balconies with seating overlooking the water and docks.

Liked the clean and comfortable room with King Bed. Charming B&B style accomodation with secure parking, good breakfast and nice added extras (glass of port or sherry, snacks and chocolates). Thew owners and staff were very friendly and always helpful. great location
