Rooms are super comfortable and clean. It is an authentic Vietnamese homestay with a lovely family. Just out of the city, you can feel like a local. Lee and his family are very welcoming and can help with anything you need. They speak english too. There are also some shops, restaurants and even cheap public transport near by. It is just nice to stay away from the extremely busy city center. Highly recommend it. I ended up spending a week here.

Lovely creative construction and thoughtfully developed grounds. The pool particularly is really lovely space. I stayed in the "glass house" and was very comfortable - the design is unique and very welcoming - it feels like a blend of traditional and modern creativity. The dining options were honed to my requests which was very kind. Staff were kind and very accommodating of my interests.

Like most homestay in Hanoi, this house locates in a quiet alley, surrounded by greens and birds. I like the neighbourhood. It reminds me a lot of my childhood for its peaceful vibe. The bus station is within 10 mins walk, good for people who are not renting a bike. I like the building. Old-fashioned style but newly redecorated inside. I spent two nights in 1st floor. It looks exactly like the picture on Booking. There's a fridge, a table, a large bed, a closet, a chair. Affordable price for people travelling alone. The bathroom is outside the room, down the stairs. It takes a few steps to reach. Very clean and new. The landlord lady is super nice. She even drives me to the bookshop I'm looking for.
