What an amazing homestay/hotel. It says it's a 1-star Hotel (on Google) but don't let that fool you, it's nicer than a lot of 3 star hotels or homestays. Here a list of just a few things that you can expect if you stay at this place: - The homestay/hotel: a beautiful colonial style building well maintained with so much to offer, from some amazing home cooked food to cooking classes. Or just enjoy a relaxing day at the pool and do some BBQ. Everything super clean, and well maintained. They have a great variety of services that they offer, some good home-cooked food, laundry, or private taxi to airport or other attraction. And you will have access to a free bicycle on your stay here. You can even rent a motorbike from them for a good price. There's no elevator but the stairs are really wide and easy to go up, not as narrow/small like in other Vietnamese homes. The room I stated had a ton of natural light, but also with thick curtains if you want it to be dark. And there's a power outlet just by the bed. My room came with a mini fridge, big plus, AC and fan and a desk to do some work. And a really nice big balcony overlooking the quiet street and the pool. And omg, the bed is so comfortable. The water pressure is really good and amazing WiFi / Internet (over 300 Mbps) all around the property. And It has video surveillance just to be on the safe side. Though it's not really needed because you're in a really safe area with a lot of friendly local people. - The hosts/owners: Super friendly couple who will do everything in that power to make your stay amazing. From recommendation what to see or where and what to eat. Easy to communicate with them via booking chat or Whatsapp. In person it's a bit more complicated, but with translation apps it's always fun to have a chat with them. - Amazing location, in a quiet area but close to a lot of amenities. Great cafes, bars and restaurant just around the corner.

My family and I had an amazing stay at Iris de Villa. The room we booked was comfortable enough to accommodate the five of us. I enjoyed the walking shower and the comfy bed. I actually had one of the best sleep ever. The hotel is family-owned and the team took good care of us. They offered to book some attractions and our taxi back to Da Nang airport. They also offered a bike rental service and laundry. Every day, they made sure we were having an excellent experience, even suggesting play areas for our children or restaurants we should try. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast. We stayed there 4 nights and the breakfast offered something different every day, from international food to Vietnamese specialities. Everything was fresh and catered on-site. Also, the location was perfect for us as we could walk to the old town but retreat to the hotel when we felt overwhelmed by the amount of the tourists in the city. If you are looking for a small-size hotel, clean with high quality services, then Iris de Villa is for you. If you want to avoid a hotel filled with groups of tourists for a place offering a personal connection, consider this hotel. You won't regret.

The room is cozy, clean and new with big comfortable bed, there is a large balcony with plants. Also she made us very tasty breakfast and was very kind with us all the time.
