United StatesWe were greeted by Ian and made to feel welcome immediately. Mark was superb in his management skills. Junior was also very helpful with our hot water issue. Both Ian and Mark handled the hot water problem the next morning with efficiency and swiftness. There had been a problem with a drunk female guest one night, but the night staff quickly responded to our phone call and spoke the girl. Mark checked on us the next morning to be sure we were ok with what had happened. ANd we also want to recognize Jack, our waiter, on our first night. Very professional polished young man. We just can't stress enough how great the staff was.

Stayed in this hotel before it changed to Best Western. It was a cheap an cheerful then. It has been revamped and is great value for money.
Staff could not do enough for you.

The move to Best Western is a resounding success, everything is so much better, the staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly, you even get a complementary drink on your arrival, and they were so kind to throw in a breakfast even although we hadn't booked it. So very happy now with the Devoncove Best Western,
