Location!!! It was easy to reach any part of the city. The tube/subway station is located literally 1,5 min. by a walk. Different groceries, cafes are located around. Great staff! Great and tasty breakfast.

Recent refurbishment, modern hotel design and modern utilities, perfect cleanness (which I really appreciate, thank you for this), always dry and clean towels. Comfortable bed together with the quiet room guaranteed us good sleep. We enjoyed everything, really. Staff kind and professional. Vicinity of the tube station, vibrant neighbourhood, many shops, restaurants and pubs all make it an excellent location for Kensigton- lovers. P. S. Regarding the room size, we stayed in a Queen type room whose size really fits London room sizes, and that's fine, too.

Very nice hotel, small room, but perfectly fine for a solo work traveler, super clean. Staff both at the reception and after during invoice request by email was very helpful and friendly. Definitely will consider staying in again.

Clean, minimal, comfortable. The staff were very helpful and warm - special thanks to Sandeep for all the support! Great connectivity to London center and Heathrow, with the Northfield train station right across. Multiple restaurants in walking distance. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel staffs are very friendly and responsive. As a first-time visitor to London, their work was make me feel at home. Like they told me how to get a phone card, asked me if I wanted to store my luggage, and told me about nearby Pubs and restaurants. Big thanks to them for a great weekend in London.
