Location excellent, room clean & housekeeping personnel very friendly. Breakfast was excellent. We received excellent & friendly service from Irfan and Selim. we really enjoyed our stay at the Best Western Empire Palace, The room are beautiful, clean, spacious, and comfortable. the location is unbeatable close to most of the things you want to see In Istanbul. Staff is friendly, and breakfast is good. in our previous stay we booked a 5-star hotel close to Galata tower based on YouTuber recommendations. this was by far a better choice. We will be back!
