We had to park a trailer and they were very helpful in that regard trying to find a location. The food at the hotel was excellent both for breakfast and dinner. We would definitely stay here again.

Best Western Ambassador Motor Lodge is located 3 km from Hervey Bay Golf and Country Club and 8 km from Neptune's Reef World. It is a 16-minute drive from Hervey Bay Airport. Stafff very helpful. Even gave us a lift to the bus station when we had to leave. Good location.

It features an outdoor swimming pool and barbecue facilities. We loved everything about our stay. We had a family room. It was clean, tidy and comfortable. Staff were amazing and so friendly! I thought it was going to be loud as our room was near the main road and being a Saturday night. But it wasn't at all. The pool was fantastic! We will definitely be staying again next time we come to town.
