Best Western Kings Manor in Edinburgh offers free WiFi, a 20-metre swimming pool and a gym. Portobello Beach is just 10 minutes’ walk from the building. The railway station is 5 minutes' walk from the hotel. The staff!!!!! We arrived from Canada and my husband was very sick. They were very accommodating to get us in our room as quick as possible. They were very booked and we had to leave the next day and find other lodgings. I asked if we could have a late check out as my husband couldn’t move and we couldn’t get into our other hotel until 3. Originally they said no they were fully booked. Which I understood. They could see how distressed I was ( crying!! I was crying ) and they immediately assured me we could stay until we could get into our new hotel. They were helpful finding me a hospital to take my husband to. I cannot say enough about the staff and their kindness. Thank you all so much.

Just off the M8 motorway between Edinburgh and Glasgow, Best Western The Hilcroft Hotel West Lothian offers free parking, modern rooms with free Wi-Fi, and an on-site bar and restaurant. Both Edinburgh and Glasgow are 30 minutes’ drive from the hotel. Lovely, clean, spacious. Wonderful helpful staff Very nice restaurant on site, great breakfast. 20 minute drive to the park and ride tram we took into Edinburgh every day. Was so convenient to spend pur days in Edinburgh.
