A 24-hour reception is available, as well as function and meeting rooms. We were greeted by Ian and made to feel welcome immediately. Mark was superb in his management skills. Junior was also very helpful with our hot water issue. Both Ian and Mark handled the hot water problem the next morning with efficiency and swiftness. There had been a problem with a drunk female guest one night, but the night staff quickly responded to our phone call and spoke the girl. Mark checked on us the next morning to be sure we were ok with what had happened. ANd we also want to recognize Jack, our waiter, on our first night. Very professional polished young man. We just can't stress enough how great the staff was.

The Balgeddie House Hotel looks out over its own large gardens and the Fife countryside. It was built in 1923 and has now been extended and refurbished. We stayed for 3 nights in the Deluxe Room. The room was lovely, clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. We had a gorgeous view from the back window, out towards the garden. The breakfast was great! Dinner was also lovely, desert was the best. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Hope to stay again in the future, highly recommend.

Wonderful helpful staff Very nice restaurant on site, great breakfast. 20 minute drive to the park and ride tram we took into Edinburgh every day. Was so convenient to spend pur days in Edinburgh.
