I recommend and will definitely come back!

The location of the hotel was really great – super convenient and easy to get around. I want to say a big thank you to Camilla (or Camillia),her service was excellent! She was very helpful, gave me lots of useful information, always smiling, and her English was very good. She really made my stay better!

Bathroom was large and had all the amenities including a bidet. Staff at the reception was extremely helpful, polite and friendly. Cleaning staff did an amazing job every time leaving the room spotless! The hotel has a large private parking behind which is free to use for customers.

This property offers a Special Protection Program, a strict program of precise safeguards dedicated to our guests and our staff. The hotel is very clean, all the staff are very friendly and helpful, good breakfast in a very nicely decorated and clean area. In addition to clean towels and cleaning, we had clean bed linen every day, the rooms were spotless. I noticed that one of the maids is very young, about the same as my daughter, barely of legal age, but this young lady does her job phenomenally and is very polite. Also the receptionist Luca, with whom we communicated the most out of all the staff, was very nice, kind and helpful. Thank you Luca for your help with parking and ztl zones! I must also emphasize that our dog was welcome everywhere in the hotel, even in the breakfast area, and that the additional cost for the dog is symbolic and I have never paid less for a dog anywhere than here. Only the place where the hotel is located does not leave any impression. It is an industrial zone and there are no facilities, especially not for families, but Vicenza is 10 minutes away by car, Padova is about half an hour away, as is Verona, so the location of the hotel itself is not that important when all the other pluses are taken into account . If we find ourselves in that part of Italy again, we will be very happy to stay in this hotel again and can only recommend it.
