Best Western Newmarket Inn & Suites ligt op slechts 5 km van het centrum van Auckland en biedt gerenoveerde, ruime kamers met gratis WiFi en een grote flatscreen-tv met gratis kabelzenders. The staff was exceptional, especially Ginny (hoping I have her name correct). We had a long journey from the US and my luggage did not arrive. Ginny was so helpful and reassured me that they would receive my luggage when they finally delivered it and even lug that 50 lb. (23 kilo) monster up to our second floor unit. I then hurt my back on an excursion and the night clerk offered to change us to a room with a tub, so the staff had unbelievable customer service. Finally, this location was walking distance to both the train and to a cute little cafe. Just a wonderful start to our 2 week vacay in NZ!
