The hotel is in good shape, clean, and up-to-date. The breakfast was great, though some bacon or sausage would have been even better.

Best Western Byron Center provides guests with a daily breakfast. The hotel also has a business center and meeting rooms. Very clean and everyone working there was so nice and helpful! The lady in the breakfast room was very helpful and pleasant! We went by to fill up our water cups to take with us and she hooked it back up for us with a smile!

Smiling while working. Approachable and knowledgeable about what to do in Gaylord and surrounding areas for fun shopping and dining. We stayed 9 days and it felt like a beautiful chalet. We got there early and they checked us in without a key so we could park there while we got on the ferry to the island which was so helpful The room was very clean and comfortable and there was plenty to do in the area within walking distance Breakfast was great too and so was the pool/hot tub area which stayed open until midnight for adults
