UkraineExcellent, clean, cozy, functional house boat - as described on site. Splendid seaviews and accessible infrastructure (better with car, but also available bikes). The closest beach - 7 minutes walk - one of the best for kids. Interior has everything necessary, host - quick responses and detailed instructions. Accessible hospitality industry in the near. Enough parkplace in front of the house boat.

We loved the location, being on the far side of the marina, providing privacy and security.
The house boat was just the right size and provided a real place of peace for us both.
I watching the boat go by and also feeding the fish.

It was a wonderful experience staying at the house on the water with splendid view. The location, the view, the accessibility of the sea - everything was perfect. Convenient parking right in front of the house boat. The possibility to suntan right on the roof of the house boat. The well equipped kitchen gave the possibility to cook simple dishes for the family and have meals on the house boat terrace with the beautiful view to the boats of the yacht club marina.

The stay on the houseboat is very relaxing, there is a supermarket at the entrance to the Marina for supplies. 3 separate outdoor areas which means you always have shade and you always have sunshine.
