Great position near the boat harbour. Room very clean, well equipped, lovely hot shower.

We needed something close to the train station since we were in Florence only 15 hours. The staff was so helpful with looking up where we needed to go, figuring out the train station, and upgrading our room. Our room made us soooo happy after a long travel day coming from a vintage boat house in Greece. We appreciated how modern it was after we had lived a little like “camping” at our last stay. They also took care of our luggage from the room and to store it. Made us reservations at our restaurant as well. All very smoothly and efficiently.
