perfect, new apartment in the central area of durres. everything fantastic. I spent a wonderful day in Durrazo, a fantastic seaside location, a wonderful new and very clean apartment in the central area, a stone's throw from the sea. host armando recommended us some fantastic places to visit. We would like to thank the staff of this hotel very much for the excellent visit. Hospitality at its best. You feel here in a safe, quiet and qualitative place. We ourselves had bad luck with our rental car and the hotel staff was so kind to offer us help by arranging help the breakfast is very good. we had to miss our last breakfast because of an early flight back, nevertheless we were offered a free drink. it is the little things that make this hotel in my opinion a really good place for multiple nights

Very clean and comfortable apartment, just one minute from the beach! The host was very kind and helpful – he sent me extra photos and videos before my arrival and even reserved a parking spot for me. Everything was smooth and pleasant. I highly recommend this place!

Contacting Lola and asking questions was super easy and she reacted fast and friendly. Our laundry wasn't dry in time, we put the laundry rack outside and Lola told us we could wait (outside because of the cleaning lady) until the next guests came. All was in easy walking distance and quiet. Thanks for the stay!!

The apartment has a very convenient layout, all rooms are separate including the kitchen. Everything works as expected. There is an electric kettle, a microwave oven, a regular oven, and a big fridge in the kitchen, of course, a complete set of dishes and pots is available and a table with four chairs. The bedroom and living room have separate AC units. The living room is spacious with two couches and two armchairs, two coffee tables, and a TV. The bed in the bedroom is clean and fresh with good quality linens. In the bathroom, there is a laundry machine equipped with detergents and fresh towels. Additional linens and towels are available in the bedroom. The Internet is good enough to use it for work and teleconferencing. The safety of the apartment is increased by additional steel doors located on the apartment floor on the staircase. The apartment location is very convenient, right next to Albanian College Durres, so there are 3 mins walk to Vollga, 2 mins to Bulevardi Epidamn, and 12 mins walk to Bus Station. The owner is very communicative, responds immediately, and is very helpful. I hope this opinion helps you to make the right selection and to the owner to keep a high standard and continuously improve it.

    The villa is amazing I liked it has a great garden, even if it is very hot outside when you sit in the garden of the house so you do not feel it at all the whole house is surrounded by trees.The hosts was perfect, very helpful before our arrival.The beach is opposite the house, perfect location.

    Comfortable villa with everything you need for a vacation home. The house is modern and equipped with all needed facilities. There are a few supermarkets close to the house. The seaside is 10-15 min walk from the house (area to the beach is currently under reconstructions, so the walk is not so nice but not impossible). You can park your car under solid shade (roof) in the yard. The host is super friendly and supported us warmly during our stay. Thank you for the hospitality!
