House Proctor is one of the most memorable places we’ve stayed at anywhere in the world. Everything is prepared with such attention to detail and care. It is clean and comfortable, the hosts are very friendly and helpful. We’ve stayed at other places in the region around Pamporovo/Stoykite but they can’t compare to this. The flats are uniquely furnished and well kept and the garden is very pleasant on a sunny day. Overall very enjoyable place that we’d love to come back to soon. It’s also close to the ski lift (Stoykite) so we’ll probably check it out in the winter season.

Very nice and clean guesthouse. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. Excellent breakfast with products sourced from local farmers and producers. Our room had beautiful view of the mountains. The house is perfectly equipped, it had absolutely everything that we needed. It was also extremely clean, very comfortable and it is surrounded by wonderful nature.
