⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Perfect Stay! had an amazing experience staying at this modern basement apartment in Richmond Hill. The location was perfect—quiet, safe, and close to everything we needed including shops, restaurants, and major highways. The apartment itself was beautifully designed with high-quality finishes and thoughtful touches throughout. From the comfortable bed and stylish furniture to the well-equipped kitchen and spotless bathroom, everything felt brand new and meticulously maintained. What really stood out were the little extras—fast Wi-Fi, smart TV, plush towels, and even some welcome treats that made us feel right at home. It’s clear that a lot of care and attention went into making this space both functional and inviting. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient stay in Richmond Hill. We’d absolutely come back again!

This is the best hotel or any kind of property you can rent in this area in my opinion. I wasn't sure if I should give my feedback because that would bring up the rating and more people would book and if that is the case it would reverse one of the qualities I like about this hotel which is not too busy and crowded. It is a quiet and clean Hotel.

Excellent location! It is only 100m from the bus station and very close to Finch subway station. Combining the bus and subway makes it very easy to get to any place that can be reached by Toronto mass transportation. For example, it only costs about 30-40 mins to go to downtown (Dundas station). There is one medium supermarket (Metro) and one Asian food supermarket (H-Mart) within a distance of walking 25 mins. Or you could go to a bigger one (Loblaws) by subway (just one station away, in North York Centre station). Plus a fully equipped kitchen. It's very convenient to shop and cook food at home which could save you a lot budget on eating. If you want to eat some Asian food, there are many (too many!) Asian restaurants nearby: Chinese, Hong Kong, Korean, Middle-East, Indian food, etc.

The property is in quiet residential area walkable to a train station into the city 30 minutes, the property is totally self-contained. The owners live in the other half of the house above the facilities were great, including Jacuzzi and sauna and well-equipped kitchen and bathroom facilities. it is exactly as shown in the photographs as we were there for a week in the winter. The heating facilities worked perfectly and there is a washer and tumble dryer. The owner met us on arrival and showed us around and gave us useful information about the property and his wife met us a couple of times and was really helpful On the night before departure The lady owner called round and gave us all four of us a gift to remember Toronto by to take home We would highly recommend this property,

The owners are very friendly and welcoming. Conveniently located about 10 minutes from the train. The train takes you easily back to the city center. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.
