Actually we actually came across this guest house and it's way beyond our expectation. The snow Mountain is directly outside the window. And the host is really hospitable. We were offered delicious breakfast and the staff were very understanding.

The room is consistent with the picture, the decoration style is very like, all kinds of facilities are beautifully arranged, the sanitation is very clean, the stay is safe, and the surrounding transportation is convenient. Sound insulation is good, air conditioning is cool, and I slept soundly all night. I will choose this hotel next time.

Our host was very welcoming. She provided us with helpful info about things to do in Yunnan province, where to eat/go locally which we loved and helped us book our driver for day trips. As we were travelling as a multi generational family of 6, we booked the entire house which was very spacious and the view from the rooftops was lovely.

What we like abt this place is something that many inns/hotels don’t have. Genuine care for the guests’ well being, attention to details, not to mention the excellent service that the team has provided for us. Esp. Xiao Chen and the inn keeper her self. Room rate and prices of the goods sold here are fair and decent for the quality. Many corners of this beautiful inn are work of art. The owner is like a painter who needs a bigger canvas. I wish she has a bigger landscape /space for more people to enjoy lots of great stuffs here: tea brewing, yummy vegetarian dishes. Place is tranquil. If we want to enjoy Su He, this place is a great place to stay. Or if you simply want to have relaxing retreat, wu ai dang is a great place to stay. Another plus point: the inn keeper recommended transportation service (Wan Wan) to us. She is really really a great driver and guide. Very polite and provide the same genuine care for us. She arranged one day trip around Lijiang which includes a couple of places that many do not know (feeding the flying seagulls, visiting beautiful shrine) and we had yummy local foods together.

Fang Jie, the lady owner, was very helpful and attentive. Do ask her for tour and food recommendations, you will not be disappointed.

It is very homely. Both Johnson and Carol were very kind and helpful. Their son Jayden is a bundle of joy who took me around town. Carol help us in getting the Didi car to Qiaotou. My bag was left in a taxi and she help me to contact the driver to get back my bag. Definitely worth staying here.

The hotel was great, we truly enjoyed our stay here. We had a warm welcome, the staff are very kind and they explained us the history of the hotel, told us about the city and offered to help while having some very good tea, and they speak perfect English. The room was really spacious, clean and comfortable, with all the necessary equipment. Breakfast at the hotel was also very good, they have both Chinese and international food. I recommend this hotel 100%
