When booking this property I saw that it looked to be in a semi-rural location. When we drove up this rough path with an ancient block wall separating us from a large paddock a beautiful old farm house came into view. It had a lovely garden at the front and an old stable behind. We had 4 rooms - all were delightfully furnished and absolutely spotless. The bathrooms were all new but redone in sympathy with the house. The furniture and decorations were also so charming - giving a history of the property. Gion the owner of the property was lovely and provided every assistance - he recommended a nearby restaurant for dinner which was a real treat. Before dinner we sat in the lovely garden of Gion's property and watched a beautiful sunset over the trees and meadow - having a lovely glass of red wine. The temperature in our rooms and the quality of the bedding ensured a wonderful night sleep. Breakfast was a continental breakfast - there was plenty and it was - help yourself. Next time I am in France I am definitely going to rebook this property.

Catherine was the best host, and gave us a very warm welcome upon our early arrival. We were upgraded to the most beautiful room which was very clean, and were able to use the chateau facilities before our official check-in time. The property is beautiful, with an amazing pool and garden where we had our incredible breakfast. In short; everything was perfect and even better than the photos.

Danielle greeted us at the property, she was really accommodating and couldn’t do enough for us. The property was clean and the pool was maintained and cleaned every day. Probably one of the best places I stayed in France. Very clean and comfortable. The host of the property, Sylvie met me at the apartment and gave me a tour of the place. She provided me with many extra items upon my arrival, brioche and home made jams etc., a few days later, homemade deserts! She even gave me a tour in a little village outside Limoges and showed me a museum of contemporary artists in the region. I would not have known if she didn't take me there. It made my visit to this town special. I will come back again!

Communication for entry very good. Lovely old room in a character villa on first floor tastefully renovated. Good free off-street parking. Common area salon provided complimentary coffee and tea. Small but nicely appointed kitchenette included cooktop, toaster, kettle and coffee pod machine. Bathroom good. Suitable for up to 2-3 nights and close to the oldest part of Limoges with its lovely timber and brick heritage buildings.

Loved the cute villa. It was comfortable for the three of us travelling and staying one night. The mattress was great but the pillows were a bit ordinary. Lots of storage if you plan to stay a while and the shower was great!

Modern interior, well presented holiday home with everything you need, the fittings and furnishings appear to be brand new, the place is spotless set in a quiet garden . Approximately 10 minutes walk into the centre of limoges. The host was helpful and friendly . It is a lovely hidden gem and excellent value .
