Matt is an incredible host : it was a pleasure to be taken care of by him. I usually book hotels instead of B&B ("chez l'habitant"), but here I was delighted by the stay. I slept as a baby in a very comfortable bed. The accommodation in front of the sea was lovely. Very good breakfast.

A very well set out cottage, with excellent facilities in a central location. We were planning a lot of walking across North Fife, and nowhere that we needed to be was more than half an hour's drive away. Brian and Rosalind could not have been more friendly or helpful. There are USB sockets scattered throughout the property, which is a very considerate addition. We were provided with a pot of homemade jam and eggs from their own chickens on arrival, which was a lovely addition.

It is a beautiful House with two bathrooms, fireplace which is so great! Even in summer we use that. We love it! Kitchen is fully equipped, the sofas are very comfortable, new sponge to washing dishes is very nice addition. The neighourhood is so peaceful, you need to have a car. The host is very helpful and I only regret that I asked about the places to sightseeing so late. We really enjoyed the visit here, hope come back some day. Thank you!

Comfortable clean accomodation, easy access from the main road but quiet and nice area. We highly appreciated the flexibility in checking in as we arrived directly from the airport, 1 hour later than we expected. Kids liked the spacious living room and we had a good night sleep. Our apartment was amazing! Two bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen, sitting area, clean, modern, it was everything you would want for a home away from home. The location is incredible, steps away great shops, cafes' and restaurants. St. Andrews golf course is just a 5 - 10 minute walk. It really is the perfect location.

The apartments were beautiful, spacious and such a very comfortable bed and great location within the village. The staff at the restaurant were very helpful when we arrived. The apartments were very clean it was a quite area. Loved it.

The location was great, Ceres is a lovely village and everyone was very friendly. There are many walks and trails accessible from here. It doesn't feel too busy but there seems to be plenty of amenities around - local shop, pub, restaurant, folk museum, pottery shop. The accommodation was great. We stayed in the two bedroom apartment. It was very spacious and beautifully decorated. We ate dinner at the restaurant downstairs and really enjoyed it, especially the hanging kebab (delicious).

High quality furnishing and finish. Beautiful roomy apartments , tasteful decor and thoughtful additions like bookcase of quirky books Lovely village setting , good wee local pub ( so friendly )with beer garden next to lovely park. Fab restaurant in Meldrums - beautiful food .

The property is located in a lovely, quiet village. 5* accommodation but with the caveat below. Really fast wifi for its rural location; hurray - there was a dishwasher! Far better to have than a washing machine and tumble dryer for a 1-night stay don't you find?! Parking right outside (not always the case in the Cupar area) and communications with the hosts were first rate

Roomy, clean and comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 full bath apartment. Full kitchen with dining table. Comfortable queen beds, plenty of seating in living room with streaming channels on TV. Easy parking and easy access to keys. Cute and quiet village, with 15 minute drive to St. Andrews and 1 hour drive to Edinburgh.
