We had a wonderful stay! Alan was the most welcoming host and the accommodation was superb - clean, cozy and stylish. The breakfast was excellent and our personal preferences were taken account. We will definitely come again if we are in the area.

Very atmospheric place to stay, with lovely, cosy interior! The cottage has old (in a good way!) and traditional feel to it, with all of the modern comforts you might need. We stayed there in October, with the outside temperatures on the lower side, and inside was so lovely and warm! Additionally, working log burner added extra warmth and cosiness in the living area. Kim, whom I’ve liaised with regarding the cottage, was very nice and helpful throughout. The location was also fantastic, only short drive to Edinburgh and beautiful Pentland Hills reserve. I’d definitely visit again!

We loved this property! So spacious and well decorated. Had everything we needed, spotlessly clean and comfy beds. Really reasonably priced for a large place. Would highly recommend. Good tvs with access to Netflix Disney etc and tea and coffee sachets. Some games as well. Really well equipped for children a cot was put up with a nice blanket and some baby books.
