Chosen this amazing apartment to get the chance to be inspired for writing the epilogue of my book. In the morning, still lying in my comfortable very klean bed, I was watching the enormous waves, the houses on the opposite hill and the crystal clear horizon, of the island beautiful like a dreamy painting. I've enjoyed the smashing Naïve sea paintings, creations of the so sweet tempered and dynamic admirable hostess. Everything was awe-inspiring wonderful.Thank you and I will come back. (In this heavenly beautiful house,which is so full of positive energy, I 've written the epilogue).

Excellent house, excellent and attentive host - we had detailed instructions where to leave the car, where are keys etc. before coming, received updates and info about nearby shops/port/weather etc. Very close to Perdika Port to go to Moni island, we used a car to get everywhere else on island. Fully equipped kitchen, appreciate that there were basic things available like salt, pepper, oil, some coffee, tea etc. Beautiful neighborhood with small streats, bakery, small shop nearby.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment, which is part of a private house with its own entrance. It is well-furnished and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the Perdika port, where there are many cafes to enjoy. The host was absolutely delightful – very responsive and helpful. Everything was perfect. I am thrilled with my experience.

Comfortable , well equipped apartment, extremely helpful and responsive hosts, direct access to the sea, excellent quiet location close to shops and the delightful tavernas of Perdika. I would come back just for the view from the huge terrace! I would also recommend hiring an E-bike from the local hire shop.

It was a very nice stay at Perdika Mare Guesthouse. The property is right next to the beach, the sea is very clean, perfect for swimming, this part of the village is so calm but also quite close to the restaurants and bars, place where boats to Moni start from and bus stop.     Perdika is a great village destination. Close to Aegina Town it has several excellent restaurants by the water . The comfortable apartment was only 5 minutes walk from the restaurants and cafes . The position of the apartment is wonderful with great sea views . The access to the apartment is via an external spiral staircase so anyone with limited mobility or very large luggage may find this difficult but the photos show the stairs very clearly . We would stay here again .

    Amazing villa with an excellent hostess! Would stay again for future visits - Rodoula was so helpful in answering any questions we had. She even met us at the ferry port to take us to the villa which was really kind of her. Supermarket is only a 5 mins walk and there's some secret swimming spots which are around a 10 mins walk from the villa.

    The location was great! The Guest House is at the sea front with direct access to crystal clear sea, a great place for relaxation and rest! The nearby Perdika village was great as well, with a lot of places to eat, drink or just for a walk! The prices were good too. In addition, Aris was really helpful host, very polite! Finally properly provides very strong and reliable wifi, so the teleworking is really easy from guest house! We will return for sure!
