The staff was very kind and helpful, always asking about our needs. They were really customer-focused, we even got a small gift when departing, and even after check-out, when we had to wait for our train, we could chill 1-2 hours in a guest area that was very comfortable. Everything was perfect during the stay. The room is very clean and comfortable, I emphasize the cleanliness of the place; delicious breakfast; Prakhar, the host was always available and helped us as much as he could; We have nothing bad to say about the place. the wifi worked perfect. The location of the hotel is perfect in the old city itself, close to everything and within walking distance of many tourist attractions. The environment is very safe and you don't get scared by the noise of the street, the rooms are silent. I would definitely stay at this place again

I was really pleasantly surprised at how exceptional accommodation I managed to find. the excellent rating is absolutely justified. for me the best price-performance ratio. accommodation approx. 20/30 minutes from the historic center by tuktuk. accommodation with a capacity of several rooms. Quiet neighborhood, within walking distance of supermarket, clothing store, shopping center with good coffee, telephone operator (sim sales). the room is large, bright, well equipped and very clean! beautiful common areas. breakfast good, one evening we also had dinner, which was very tasty. I highly recommend this place free. The staff is very helpful, they solved our every wish. The owner is very pleasant.

Doongri House is a small family run guest house with 7 rooms, all opening up onto a stunning roof top terrace in the middle of the old city, Jaipur. The family are the kindest, most loveliest of people with the biggest hearts. When you stay here, you are made to feel so welcome, you really don’t want to stay anywhere else. We stayed for 4 nights, our room was so spacious, lovely and clean with also a small heater provided, just to take the chill off with the cooler evenings. So welcome. We also enjoyed breakfast on the sunny rooftop terrace, delicious scrambled eggs, toast and coffee. They have a nice selection of foods you can order and enjoy whilst you are there. It’s such a nice place to sit and relax, away from the busy streets below. It was also the kite festival whilst we were there and the family kindly invited us to stay ( even though we were checking out that day) to watch the festival from their rooftop. Wow, what a spectacular event that was. Thank you so much Doongri House for your kindness and hospitality, you made our stay in Jaipur so memorable and special. We wish you all the best!

The location was very good…in a quiet street in Amer. Away from the hustle and bustle of Jaipur. It was surrounded by amazing locals and felt a bit like living village life which I enjoyed. A nice sense of community. The room was cozy and clean and everything worked well. Manoj, the owner - went over and above to accommodate me… He was one of the best hosts in my 5 months travelling across India. I felt very safe and welcomed. I would love to return here to visit.
