The property is located in a very peaceful area but still within 25 minutes walking distance of the city centre. Deric was a great host, very welcoming and helpful and the best in 6 years travelling in India. He sent us recommendations on what to do and made sure we had everything we needed. A very good breakfast was served across the road in Soul Curry and Deric was there each morning to make sure we were well looked after. Our room was very comfortable and spacious with a private entrance. The sleeping area was on a mezzanine level with the bathroom and a small kitchen area on the ground floor. There was a lovely shaded balcony accessible from the mezzanine.

I had the pleasure of staying at this lovely 2BHK house in Panjim, and it truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained the entire property was. The living space was spacious and cozy, making it a perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. The bathrooms were particularly well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities, and everything was spotless, which made the stay even more comfortable. The AC worked perfectly, keeping the place cool and relaxing, especially after the warm days spent exploring the area. The house had a welcoming atmosphere, and it felt like a true home away from home. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Panjim. Looking forward to visiting again soon!

After two nights in Surya Kiran Miramar (a basic hotel without service), we switched to the sister hotel Surya Kiran Heritage - and this is heaven! A beautiful Dutch merchant villa with an open air court (with a tree growing in the middle and kois swimming in the pond), a very spacious open air restaurant area, a wonderful old terrace with vintage furniture, spacious rooms with antique interiors chosen with taste - I have rarely been in such a beautiful hotel. Perfect place to spend a week and relax!

Beautiful heritage home painstakingly restored with modern comforts. The staff, Ruhil and Anil were great, very accommodating to all requirements. We were a large family group of 13 from seniors to teenagers, so that was a big help.

The location was excellent: right in the historic Fontainhas area, a vibrant (and safe) place. A beautiful old Portuguese style house still in the hands of the original family. The current owner’s son, an architect, together with an interior designer has lovingly restored the house, which had become neglected. We loved our big room upstairs, the mixture of old and new furniture and the wooden old floors (downstairs: beautiful terracotta floors). The breakfast is simple but good. We should also mention the charming staff, especially Marisa, and the young men who helped out in many ways. Marisa was very supportive when our plane was seriously delayed: she kept in touch constantly and helped us in many ways. With her charming and professional manner, her intelligence and her excellent command of English, she managed to make us feel at home and we are grateful for her help. The two young men were very helpful and polite. When our taxi was a little delayed, one immediately helped us to contact the driver and the other prepared out delicious omelette and greeted with a smile. Thank you all!

The accommodation was beautiful and very well maintained. 😊 The staff was very friendly and helpful.
