This is a great place to stay for couple of days. The bed is spacious and very comfortable. A/C works very well during summer heat. There is small refrigerator, microwave, cofee mashine and an electric pot to boil water (for tea drinkers in this coffee-everywhere-country). Bathroom was sterile clean and well equipped. 3 minutes walking you will have a big grocery shop to buy anything you need. it takes 10 minutes to reach the please from the railway station.

We spent a week in this amazing apartment, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. It was perfectly equipped for a comfortable family stay. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed — from kitchen essentials to an iron, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, and even thoughtful extras that made us feel welcomed right away. There were coffee capsules for the machine, bottles of water, cookies, and even cleaning and laundry products already available — a small but lovely touch that made settling in so easy. Everything we might have needed during the first few days was already there, so we felt at home from the very first moment. The apartment was spotlessly clean, cozy, and very well-maintained. Despite the 35°C heat outside, we were always comfortable thanks to efficient air conditioning in every room. Both we and our children slept peacefully and truly relaxed. The location is perfect — just a two-minute walk to the sea. The area is quiet, with excellent sound insulation, so mornings and evenings were especially peaceful. Parking was never a serious problem. Even on weekends, when the area was busier, we always managed to find a spot nearby without too much trouble. Everything was arranged with great care and attention to detail. The apartment offered not only convenience, but also a genuine sense of comfort and hospitality. We would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!

The accommodation was a full apartment, with spacious bedroom; livingroom with kitchen, table, sofa; a very spacious toilet with facilities and shower; a very large veranda with table and chairs. On the second floor, but very easily accessible. Private parking space. It is relatively close to the main square of Pesaro, a 15 min walk away. Very close to the property there is a bar/cafe, takeaway pizza place, baker, pharmacy. The hosts were very useful and accommodating, they got in touch with us prior to the arrival via Whatsapp. They also suggested places to visit, and shops nearby. We drove to the beach (5 min drive), where there was a free car park with plenty of space. Pesaro is a very nice family friendly town on the sea, with many bars and restaurants, and also very close to other places of interest (Perugia, Urbino, San Marino, Gradara, Cesenatico). Excellent stay!

All of the amenities were of very good quality. Our gracious and helpful hosts provided very good service. The breakfast served was very good with a wide selection of choices, many of them local products. The property was well located for our purposes and there was lots to do in the area; Il Pignocco’s property was a welcome refuge from the bigger cities we had visited.

Super close to the beach. The view of the sea both from the room (2nd floor) and the terrace was great. The owners were incredibly friendly and nice to us; they even suggested to drive us from/to the station and helped us with many helpful tips.

We (couple, 4yo boy and toddler girl) attended a wedding in Conventino di Gradara, for which we spent two nights in a quadruple room in this place. The location is great, just on the foot of the road to Gradara. The lady running it is super sweet and, upon request, prepares a yummy breakfast with sweet homemade cakes (5 euro/pp). She also gifted our daughter a cute stuffed bear and, upon request, let us check out a couple of hs later the last day, which was great post-wedding. The room was old-style deco, yet with modern furniture, comfy and had many extra pillows, blankets and towels, as well as storage space. Great high-end bathroom. The children's bunk beds had security barriers. Windows had shades (we did use our portable blackout for the nap, but because our youngest needs it to be pitch dark for napping). Zero mosquitoes. There was complimentary coffee, water and cookies, a fridge and a small table n chairs in the room. The outdoors are beautiful also, we enjoyed visiting the vegetable garden as well :-) Thank you for everything!!!

    The villa is surrounded by an immense ’garden’ with olive and fruit trees. The hosts gave us a warm welcome and were very helpful. The kitchen is fulltime equipped. The bathroom is clean and contains all that is needed.
