A tranquil place in the middle of savanna with magnificent views on Kilimanjaro, birds singing since early morning on acacia trees and amazing people who make this please special and take care of you like of their own friends. We arrived in Emali and were picked up by a taxi and brought directly to the camping. We booked four nights in a tent but as we had no car and our backpacks would probably not fit in a tent, we had to change for a house (additionally paid). This place is very safe, surrounded by an electric fence, gate closed for the night and security (Sam) is always there for you. Brian (Lerionka) is a great host (he together with Sam and my husband organized beautiful birthday for me), an awesome cook (his food was delicious) and tour guide - he knows so much about the nature and enjoys sharing his passions with guests. We went on one-day Safari in Amboseli organized by Brian with a guide Isak (very competent guide with years of experience, highly recommended), walking tour (spotting zebras) on savanna next to the camping, hiking on foothill of Kili and even a cooking lesson with Brian. If you would like to relax, spend time in nature, enjoy the views of top of Kilimanjaro and get an authentic experience in Kimana and Oloitokitok, you should definitely stay longer than 2 nights. The experience as a whole was great. Great accomodations, our tent is new and had all the things we needed. The staff was very attentive. Location is great, right at the gate of Amboseli Ntl Park, so you don't have to waste time moving for game drives.

The staff are very kind and helpful. And that view, just spectacular. Waking up with the sun coming up, a clear view of the mountain and she light reflecting of the fresh snow on the peak. It is just gorgeous. Shout out to Benson, our wonderful guide during our gamedrive.
