Here, you come as a guest and feel like family! The house is huge, the neighborhood is very nice, kids out and playing until late, and it is a 20 minute walk to the main square of Leon. (There's also a c$6 bus that stops outside the front door, and taxis are about c$50). You get a look into parts of the town that are not the center. Breakfast was excellent and varied, and the Wi-Fi clocked in at 50Mbps so easily fast enough for Zoom calls and the like. If you have an oversized vehicle, there is a secured lot around the corner (in front of the basketball court) that charges c$30/day. The on-site garage will handle regular vehicles.

I loved the colors, the receptionist was very nice. Good internet connection, i really like the kitchen as well. The cleaning ladies were also very nice, its calm and the bed is very comfortable. I liked they gave me so many pillows 😅 Its definitely worth the money.

There are a lot of potential in this place. The room was a bit outdated and needs refurbished. Breakfast started at 8 and that was a bit late for our needs but they were very flexible and we got breakfast earlier. Friendly staff.

Great location, 2 min walk to town with all the privacy you need. The pool is AMAZING and sooo nice to have it to myself. There's a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, shower and everything you need. I feel right at home here. The best place I've ever stayed in Nicaragua for sure. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend.
