It’s a very beautiful old estate with a nice dining room and backyard garden. It gives a noble feel especially at Christmas. It’s away from other buildings, the house is quiet, only the road and planes may be heard slightly. It’s close to the airport (approx 10 minutes by taxi) and the room provides all you need. Even a bathtub if you request it. The ceiling is very high. It’s a beautiful alternative with a very homely feel for the generic and anonymous airport hotels.

We booked the accommodation outside of Stockholm, because it was on our way through the inland of Sweden. We did not expect to have such a great stay at Brenda‘s place, even though the pictures looked great and there were good reviews about the place. Arriving at the Studios we were welcomed warmly and instantly felt comfortable with this great couple that runs the place. The studio has a nice veranda, there is a pretty garden in the front. This accommodation had the best equipped kitchen we’ve ever had in vacation houses. I don’t think you’ll gonna miss anything for cooking, except if you really need an egg cutter. There is a stove, an oven and a microwave, a kettle and a capsule coffee machine. Everything seems really new and was super clean. We had the choice to sleep down in the room or up at the loft. It was really cozy at the loft on the mattresses, although they’re quite hard. We were really sad, that we could not book another night, as we already had other accommodations waiting for us. But we can definitely recommend to stay at least two nights. It is a cute little suburb, you get tips where you can take a walk and it is a really refreshing stay after visiting the busy Stockholm.

I cannot praise this accommodation or the staff enough! We had just flown for 28 hours and taken 3 connecting flights to get here, and the original place we had booked did not respond to our request by the time we got here. It was 12:30 AM, and we were tired. Booked Continental Apartments online about 3AM and requested early check-in.....we did offer to pay. Within a short time, we got a response, our early check-in was approved, and there was no extra charge applied. Thanks so much, Continental!!! You have made us so comfortable. The place is brilliant! Clean, well equipped, and located only a 9 minute train journey from Uppsala. We will stay here again.
