The stay in a hotel was super. From the first minute we were surrounded with a warmth of the stuff and readiness to help at any minute. Any small question was solved in a blink of the yeas. Hotel have underground parking, where your car will be safe. Located next to one of the biggest shopping center, metro station. To the historical center of Istanbul take about 15 minutes by Uber/taxi, depend of traffic or 30 minutes by public transport. Room equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable stay with a family.

I got a room with seaview balcony and the view is right in front of Bosphorus channel, there is nothing to block the view, it was south facing panoramic breathtaking view of the ocean! The location of this hotel is just so convenient, 5 mins walk to the The Blue Mosque and 10 mins to Hagia Sophia, basically within 20 mins walk you could get to many good food and hang out places, one of the center place in the old town, I felt safe to walk around in this area as well. The staff is really friendly, heartwarming greeting and answer all my questions with smile and patience, frankly speaking I had concerns with "local traps" since there are many articles about it on the internet, but the hotel staffs are just being honest, nice and helpful, there recommendation of a show on a yacht is one of the best experience I had as well. At the end of my journey, they arranged a limo-like shuttle for me to the airport with only XX Euros cost, quite thoughtful. The suite room is not very big but got everything I needed.

An excellent, wonderful, new and clean hotel. The room has everything you need, even an iron. It is close to Taksim, one minute away. It deserves a much higher value because you will feel that you are in a real hotel, unlike other places where you may feel anxious. The staff is wonderful, Cavid and Ilkin, especially Cavid. He is a wonderful person, a young man who speaks English, Russian and Ukrainian. Turkish, Azerbaijani, and a little bit of Arabic. He can solve any problem for you. He is a genius.
