Shawn and Julie are very thoughtful, the room was lovely and the breakfast was delicious, with warm pastries and fresh fruits. The location is ideal for exploring wineries and biking. Everything at Villa di Casa was built and planned to bring a little piece of Italy to PEC. The outdoor of Villa di Casa is so relaxing, with a hot tub to enjoy at the end of day while watching the stars. At arrival we received a warm welcoming with some tips on places to visit. This has to be one of the best places we stayed in.

There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. The guest house has family rooms. Efficient, spacious in way laid out even though actual space was compact. Clean, cheerful and had everything we needed in kitchen area and bathroom. Nice closet for coats etc.!

The property is non-smoking and is set 48 km from Empire Theater. The suite is very nicely decorated with all the amenities you could possibly need. Some added extras that went the extra mile included: a small speaker to play music, a diffuser created a spa-like vibe, and a welcome bottle of wine was a wonderful touch. The hosts thought of everything and made me feel like they were there if we needed anything but otherwise allowed us to enjoy our privacy.
