The aparthotel has family rooms and facilities for disabled guests. I'm not used to hyperboles, but this may pretty much be the best place I've ever been, quality-price ratio. The building is cool, the room is huge, spotless, full of natural light and with a lovely view. The bathroom is great. And the location, wow, couldn't ask for more, just on the main square, close to everything I need, including the riverside to walk or run and a great night market that personally prefer nth times more than the famous one on the other side of the river. The host is amazing, always ready to help, he does a free pick-up from the airport or tran station, and can sell u the treat tea his uncle makes. Definitely a place I'll be nostalgic about :)

This place is very charming and clean, and calm. Dolma is the owner of the place. She is working hard , and always smile from morning to night. Impressive. Her food is so good. She is always here for any of your needs. I want to know her secret to stay a so active and charming woman 🤭🌺 Advices : 1/ Take the room at the 2nd floor the view is more beautiful. 2/ Try the egg omelette of Dolma, it s simple and very tasty. Try also the chicken sandwich, the bread is made home and the pancakes. 😁

I rate this place a perfect 10 in every aspect—location, staff, facilities, comfort, and overall charm! Mandy and her assistant were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our stay truly memorable. Communication was prompt, and they even prepared breakfast for us daily. For Muslim travelers, rest assured that Halal or dietary preferences are well taken care of. The hosts are very understanding and will ensure your breakfasts are prepared to your liking. We stayed here in December, and as someone from a tropical country, I found it super cold! Thankfully, the rooms are well-equipped with heaters to keep you cozy. The heated toilet seat, hot shower, and hot bath were absolute lifesavers after a day out in the chilly weather. They really think of everything when it comes to amenities. They provided essentials like a hair dryer, comb, toothpaste, toothbrush, robes, and towels, so you don’t have to worry about packing these items. The room was cleaned daily, and they even brought drinking water to our room every day. The property also has two adorable (and very large!) dogs. They are incredibly calm and quiet, so there’s no need to worry about them being jumpy or loud—they’re a delight to have around. Mandy went above and beyond to make our trip stress-free. She helped us order food to be delivered to our room, booked taxis for us, and even arranged tickets to watch the Lijiang Impression Show. The location is unbeatable, right in Lijiang's Old Town. We strolled around every afternoon/evening, exploring the charming shops and soaking in the sights. Plus, there’s a Halal restaurant just 300–400 meters away, which is very convenient. I can’t recommend this place enough—it was such a warm and comfortable experience. Thank you so much, Mandy!

Baisha is a fantastic place to live in Lijiang, we can see the snow mountain clearly through the big window, location was great by the side of main road, quiet in the yard at night, we enjoyed our stay there.
