A true little paradise perched in the hills of Minca, surrounded by nature, with beautiful trees and wildlife. From our balcony, we were even lucky enough to be visited in the morning by Silvestre, the toucan! Luis took great pleasure in sharing the fascinating story of the finca and introducing us to the different species of trees. The cabin was very comfortable, with breathtaking views. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious. Getting to Sintropia is a bit of a journey (everything is very well explained beforehand), but once you’re up there you won’t want to come back down – and that’s the beauty of it! Muchas gracias Luis and Marilyn, we truly hope to return one day.

This place is awesome 10/10 stars. Very cozy. You have an awesome view from your bed. You can watch great sunsets. The bed is very comfortable. We had a great time there. I loved it. Also the breakfast was delicious. Pizza was delicious as well. I definitely would book it again

I even got a massage at evening, even though they dont make that normally. Everything wonderful, you can have a super relaxed stay there. Also pool and pingpong table. The staff and owners are incredibly friendly and helpful and made our stay the best. Their cute and well-behaved animals were a big plus! The hostel is clean, the beds comfortable and the aircon great (and necessary). Delicious breakfast. Good wifi! Located in a calmer part of Santa Marta with fewer restaurants, although close to the beach. A bit noisy during the evenings due to the traffic outside. Ideal for people traveling in groups or in pairs.

If your trip isn’t already including Minca, then make a detour and spent at least a couple of nights here. Beautiful and modern cabin with an amazing location granting the best sunset views of the valley stretching all the way to Santa Marta. The host was fantastic and spoke perfectly English, we got tons of tips for the surrounding area that really helped us get the most out of the trip.
