The apartment was in a beautiful villa, which had many facilities - a ski room, a bike room, a meeting room, outside terrace, parking etc. It is newly restored, so everything is modern and spotless. It is also in a scenic, very quiet location. We had a wonderful stay.

This is the second time we stayed here and it was not definatelly our last stay. The place is very cosy . The building is in a quiet village (close to Karlovy Vary, skicentrum Plesivec etc.) The owners are on place - helpfull. The house has 3 appartments only, 2 of them close to each other in the first floor so perfect if for example 2 families wanted to spend time together but keep separate appartment for each family.

A warm cosy apartment that had everything we needed and was very warm which was convenient in the deep frosts. Nice area outside for the kids to play in the snow. The kitchen was well equipped. It is in a good location at the end of the village, quiet and close to a ski resort in Bublava.

In the middle of the village, close to taste restaurant and pub on the opposite side of the street uphill. Parking for a car in front of the hotel, on the street. Breakfast was fruitful, and enough to be satisfied.

Everything was amazing. The self-check in is good idea. The villa is very comfortable and spacious. Great location, Karlovy Vary is not far away.

a good place in a nice village.

The hotel was built as a holiday home for coal-mine workers but there has been lots of renovation since those days. Location is good, in a quiet green suburb and with lots of free parking if you arrive by car, otherwise the city trolleybus stops a few 100 meters from the hotel. Staff is kind and helpful, I had a room with a balcony with very nice view over Teplice city and surroundings - so nice! The room was spacious and with all basic facilities. Don't expect luxury, but the place is very good value for money!

Wonderful, family-run B&B in a quiet village close to the slopes. My husband and I felt the very warm welcome, loved the chats during the home-cooked breakfast, and help when we had some issues with our car. We can't wait to come back! 100% recommended.

the location is perfect to reach the ski station in Klinovec and it’s in a super peaceful village. The hosts are amazing, friendly and super nice.
