Holiday Rentals in Berlin Federal State

A nice place for people who are fine to have a company at the porch or don't mind shared bathroom. Place is really in the middle of a quite village. However there a few dining places working till 10 pm. Getting to Berlin by train is about 1 h. Nice for the price. Owner and hosts are ready to help with all the questions.

I liked the location of the villa because it is close to the hospital. The villa is well maintained, clean and spacious. The breakfasts are plentiful and delicious. The staff is very attentive and has a personal touch. I definitely recommend the place.

It's a decent hotel, but didn't blow my mind. Nice staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed, rather silent, but there were not many guests there at that time. Good enough for a night in Berlin! I guess they are supporting SOS children villages, and have some of the disabled / special needs people working there. It's a nice idea, I just hope they get same high salary as non-disabled employees :)

Nice and friendly staff. The apartment is well equipped with everything that is necessary. The apartment is very clean. The surrounding area have many villas and seems to be safe. I don’t see any minus points.

This villa is unique and cannot be compared to any accommodation we have been to. It’s not a hotel, it’s not an apartment, you are literally staying in an old design villa with other guests. It’s a great and artsy experience that adds to Berlin charm. The service is great. The place is very clean. The breakfast is amazing, I especially appreciated the size of tea cup and kettle :)

The room was okay for a short term stay and the personnel was nice.

Close to public transport and shopping areas, clean rooms and common areas, cosy atmosphere, friendly welcome and outstanding price/benefit balance. I would recommend Aletto Kudamm hotel with everything especially for short term travellers.
