Our host and her Mum were very welcoming and helpful and the apartment had everything required for a very pleasant stay. It was warm, comfortable and very quiet. The private parking space was 100m from the apartment and well worth the additional cost. We enjoyed walking to the Old Town from the apartment along the banks of the Danube and it only took us 10 minutes.

The 2 bedrooms were both large with lots of storage space. The location was excellent. It was easy to offload the luggage and then park for free was a few blocks away. The breakfast was 10/10 with many home made jams and marmalades. Our host Frau Kuchler was extremely helpful and welcoming and helped us with tips and suggestions. The Guest House itself is located in a beautiful peaceful location amidst nature and recently renovated. We visited in winter to celebrate our anniversary and for the winter activities around Lam. We will come back again in Summer!

We had a wonderful stay in this modern accommodation. The place was equipped with everything we needed, offering a stunning view of the valley and the mountains. Upon our arrival, the host showed us around, explaining how everything worked. He was incredibly kind and easy to communicate with. Whenever we needed assistance, the host went out of his way to help us to the best of his abilities. We particularly enjoyed the sauna, which was cozy and provided a relaxing atmosphere. I can easily imagine staying here again if I were to seek accommodation in this area. The overall experience was fantastic, with comfortable amenities, a gracious host, and the added bonus of a beautiful view.

The rooms are spacious, the WiFi was perfect and the view from our terrace was breathtaking. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We shall definitely stay here again.
