Horses, llamas and ostriches are among the variety of animals living on the Øst Trøgelborg Farm Holiday site. The location (closeness to the airport, Legoland/Lalandia, Billund town and rural surroundings), the farm as a whole, the playground on the farm, the extreme friendliness of the hard-working owner of the farm, the animals on the farm, the quiet and healthy surroundings (although the farm is only a few kilometers from the airport, no plane could be heard), the apartment (fully equipped with cooking facilities, i.e. electrical plate and microwave, cutlery, dishes, towels and bed linen), the cleanliness of the apartment and the friendly guests staying there. The farm is a paradise, especially for kids and their parents. It was also the first time that our children did not turn on the tv during holidays. When we were at the farm, they were always playing outside, mostly also with other children, and made a lot of new friends. We also decided not to rent a car as the owner of the farm was so kind as to provide, against a small fee, transport to and from Legoland/Billund town or Lalandia in the mornings and late afternoons. This was perfect for us.

They spoke English which was quite nice. The apartment had everything we needed for our overnight stay. We had a huge yummy breakfast in the morning and the beds were comfy.

We grew up in the country and farm life is familiar. Big room, lots of space, comfortable bed. Fridge, tea and coffee making facilities. The family seemed nice from the moment we booked and the same when we met them. Their little gifts, including a delicious cake, were lovely. They made us feel welcome and will definitely be welcome again.

STAY Billund was ready to help with any question. The place is quite. My son loved trampoline, table football and tennis. We were on low season and the only guests staying - so the shared bathroom wasn't a problem. Planes are not too loud to disturb.
