Tampere Maja offers accommodation in an 18th century wooden house in the heart of the Old Town of Tartu. There is a cultural club in the cellar, showing exhibitions of Estonian and Finnish art. Conveniently located in an interesting old building. Room for free, off street parking which otherwise costs a fortune. Good heating and cooling system. Good breakfast, friendly people. Would gladly stay there again.

The mattress topper for the sofa bed was a lovely touch as well. There was more than enough toiletries and supplies in the kitchen. Theres a supermarket nearby, the old town is just a bit of a drive away. Would happily stay again and recommend this place for others.

The place was clean, quite, on the first floor with nice terrace where we enjoyed our breakfast. There is AC which helped a lot during hot days. Shower with all essentials - even toothbrush! I think its very thoughtful of the host to leave some nice things for guests to use such as coffee, sugar, tea or salt. Really enjoyed our stay!

Smoothly arrival advice, easy check in, the free parking besides the building is a very good advantage for travelers with cars. The host does a good job, I have no hesitation to recommend the apartment.
