We enjoyed the location of the apartment very much. It was >10-minute walk to the Avenue of Champagne as well as the city center. The best part was how quiet and quaint the residential district was while still being accessible to anything you may want to do. Our room had a magnificent view of the town and while it was slightly difficult to navigate the loft area due to the slope of the roof this was communicated beforehand. The owner did not speak any english but was extremely hospitable and kind. He had a translation app ready to go meaning that he could accommodate many nationalities. If you are looking for a very quiet, clean, and charming apartment centrally located to Epernay and Champagne in general this is the perfect spot.

We only stayed one night for a stopover en route to the Alpes and this was a great choice. There was very convenient free parking adjacent to the building, easy access with a key code for door entry. Only a 10 minute walk in to the centre of town for bars and restaurants.

The apartment was private, quiet, immaculately clean and well equipped and had a homely feel. The shower was good and also the cooking facilities. The host was charming and very welcoming. There was the option to have breakfast provided and it was one of the best. All delivered fresh for us to have in the apartment. The location to the town was a 5 minute walk and it offered very secure off road parking. I would recommend this property very highly.

COSY T3 Centre Reims/Pkg Privé está en pleno corazón de Reims, a solo 17 min a pie de Fuente Subé y a 1,2 km de Ópera de Reims. El apartamento tiene todos los espacios muy grandes y está completamente reformado. Excelente parking en el patio interior del edificio incluido en el precio y además con la posibilidad de dejar el coche desde antes del check-in y también después del check-out. Instrucciones de acceso muy claras.
