Breakfast was also great, and what impressed me bit time was the lift and the library - a lift for a couple of floors is a nice touch and demonstrates the willingness of the hosts to perfection and comfort. The books were well selected and should go back for longer to be able to enjoy them.

Clean and New apartment, owner is a very polite and friendly guy. He was responding timely on WhatsApp and showed up on time and came downstairs to receive us. Then he took us to apartment and gave a walkthrough of everything. This property is good enough for four people, has a nice dining area, spacious kitchen with almost anything you need to cook by yourself. It's 25 min drive from Gare Du Nord station and is again 20-25 far from Eiffel. 2 blocks away we have a grocery store. Our experience was awesome.

It was quiet and it was nice to step outside and a few short steps there was a bakery and even a small grocery store that was open late in the night. Lots of cafes and place to eat in the neighbourhood. Host was top notch and we were able to use his parking spot for a nightly fee about 150 meters away.
