Clean and New apartment, owner is a very polite and friendly guy. He was responding timely on WhatsApp and showed up on time and came downstairs to receive us. Then he took us to apartment and gave a walkthrough of everything. This property is good enough for four people, has a nice dining area, spacious kitchen with almost anything you need to cook by yourself. It's 25 min drive from Gare Du Nord station and is again 20-25 far from Eiffel. 2 blocks away we have a grocery store. Our experience was awesome.

The host was very responsive for communication when I arrived to guide me to the exact entrance of the apartment. The views of Paris are stunning. I enjoyed the view from the apartment better than from the 2nd floor of the Eiffel :) The apartment was clean, comfortable and it had everything I expected. From the kitchen to the bedroom and toilet. Everything felt like it was new in the apartment. Excellent apartment, I would stay here again.
