The location is good, just 3GEL from the bus station. There is a restaurant and wine shop adjacent to the apartment. The furnishing of the kitchen and bathroom are modern and stylish. Everything was very clean. The AC was perfect, and we enjoyed our morning tea on the balcony. The Bagrati cathedral and the Colchis fountain are also 3GEL each from the apartment by BOLT.

We had a wonderful time during our stay at this apartment, and Mr. David, the owner and host, was incredibly kind and accommodating. He even took us on a fantastic sightseeing tour, which we greatly appreciated. "Madloba" to you, Mr. David – thank you! We booked the apartment for the 8th and 9th of July 2023, and we couldn't have asked for a better location. The balcony provided a lovely view, and it was conveniently within walking distance to the city center. The apartment itself was impressive – it felt brand new and was spotlessly clean, both inside and out. The kitchen facilities were complete, and the quality furniture and tasteful interior design added to the overall comfort. We were also pleased with the reliable Wifi access. Upon our arrival at the airport, Mr. David warmly welcomed us and made the check-in and check-out process smooth and straightforward. We highly recommend this apartment to families and couples seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Our overall experience was excellent, and we truly cherished the memories of Mr. David's tour. The highlight was when he took us to a beautiful farmhouse where we delighted in a variety of fruits such as plums, grapes, avocados, figs, kiwi, walnuts, hazelnuts and more, surrounded by colorful flowers. Additionally, he guided us to explore fascinating caves, cannons, and other captivating sights during the tour. We are thankful for Mr. David and his wonderful apartment. It made our vacation truly memorable. Thank you once again!
