The treatment from the hosts, they are warm and very helpful! The view is just a dream you wake up to every morning!! The cleanness of the place, every morning there is a lady who comes clean the place. Every thing was clean, new, and as we couldn't rent a car, the hosts were so kind and attentive to help us in everything we would need. Besides the amazing view, the human treatment we received from Eva and Tasos was the highlight for us!

The apartments were beautiful - new, modern and super clean. From the balcony, we had a stunning view to the sea. The hosts were fantastic- missis Dimitra and mister Nikos were amazing! Friendly, kind and always willing to help. We will definitely return!

Fos Suites ligt op een paar minuten lopen van Strand van Schoinari en biedt accommodaties met airconditioningeen balkon en gratis WiFi. Het is een fantastische plek met prachtig uitzicht over het Loutra. Alles is perfect ingericht, van goede kwaliteit en van alles voorzien wat wij nodig hadden. Seva is een ontzettend lieve en behulpzame host en reageerde super snel wanneer wij vragen hadden. Binnen een paar minuten lopen ben je in het dorpje met leuke restaurantjes of in de natuur op een verlaten strandje. Het eiland heeft 1300 inwoners en lijkt nog niet ontdekt te zijn door de grote massa toeristen, die rust en de ontzettend gastvrije inwoners was geweldig! De 'supermarkt' ligt vol met verse groente en fruit en alle goede basis benodigdheden maar wanneer je specifieke wensen hebt kan je dat het beste meenemen vanaf het vaste land.

A beautiful property in the heart of the island, an amazing view from every corner. The apartment was perfectly equipped with everything you may need. The highlight was the amazing balcony with an endless sea view. Swimming pool was always clean and inviting and the staff were super friendly and helpful with recommendations. There’s free parking, Chora is within few minutes drive and so are the rest of the villages and beaches.

The property itself is perfect, that's why I put 9. It has some remarks on the surrounding. It is enough equipped. We didn't cook anything so maybe for those who do it they may find some missing utilities, but for coffee and small things it's OK. Ideal for 2 adults. There is a sofa which can be used for sleeping I think, but we didn't use it so can't comment. It's in the heart of the city close to everything. Not far from the parking also. Katherina who meets you doesn't speak English, so be prepared with the google translator :)

The host was very helpful and gave excellent recommendations for food and beaches which we enjoyed tremendously. The location is central to everything but a car is definitely required.

Falakis Apartments ligt in Kithnos, op 2,5 km van Strand van Livadaki, en biedt gratis WiFi en een terras. Anna and Angelos have created a wonderful place to stay on the edge of Chora with a top quality feel to the construction, fixtures & fittings, bedding and decoration. With the renovation only being finished in July 2023, the spacious apartment felt like it was new and spotlessly clean. But more than that, the welcome and service throughout our stay made you feel like valued guests with the apartment being cleaned every other day and water & provisions being topped up. We fell in love with Kythnos and wish to return again in the future, and we will definitely want to stay at Falakis Apartments again. Thank you so much Anna and Angelos for a wonderful stay.
