We came to the apartment for two nights and already on the first night we booked two more. It has everything you could ask for, including the two most important things – a very comfortable mattress and an excellent shower with strong water pressure. The rooms are spotless, and even if I tried, I couldn’t find a single bad word to say. It was so good that we booked another two nights for the end of our trip in the area, so from two nights it turned into six.

Bonus points for the local products to taste and the breakfast goodies offered by the hosts even thought breakfast as a service is not provided. As a family of four with small kids, we had 4days of real vacation not having to worry about kids’ safety, space to play and amenities. We highly recommend the property for relaxing vacations.

From the moment we arrived, he went out of his way to make sure we felt at ease and gave us amazing recommendations for places to visit, restaurants to try, and activities to enjoy around the city. Thanks to him, we discovered hidden gems we would have otherwise missed. This stay was far beyond excellent. If you’re visiting the area, don’t hesitate — this is the place to be!

The family who arranged this apt put much effort into the details. Apt is centrally located in a safe residential area, super close to many interesting parts of town. Sparkling clean, crisp linen and free toiletries. 15 min walk to bus station (and Nikita’s)without luggage. ( about 25 min walk with luggage) The owner held my luggage for me for a few hours after I checked out then he left work early to help me retrieve the luggage.

Kalamata We stayed for 7 days at this villa. When we arrived the owner was very happy to show us around his new villa. It was very clean and had every thing we needed. He gave us a bottle of local wine when we arrived. He was very attentive to every need we had. The villa was just like what you see in the pictures. The pool was spacious and private. The villa was beautifully designed with an amazing sunset covered by olive trees. The seafood tavernas are really close and we had the best food within a 5 min drive and enjoyed eating on the beach watching the sunset. I highly recommend this spot as it is quiet and peaceful after the great beaches that are near.

Kiriakos Apartment ligt in Kalamáta, op 2,9 km van Het oude treinstation van Kalamata en 19 minuten lopen van Military Museum of Kalamata, en biedt uitzicht op de zee. Het dakterras is erg groot en biedt een prachtig uitzicht! De badkamer was heerlijk groot en comfortabel. De gastvrouw had de koelkast voor ons gevuld en zelfs een heerlijke cake gebakken!
