My girlfriend and I had a sudden change of plans and Cathy arranged everything for us to check-in one day earlier at 2am. It's nice to meet people like her and her husband in life. The place was very comfortable and spacious. Beautiful neighborhood and really close to Athlone. It was very easy to use the fire stove and they left us a guide with suggestions on what to do, where to eat, etc. We loved it!

Es un Bed&Breakfast familiar y monísimo, con todos los detalles muy cuidados. Las habitaciones tienen mucho encanto, con un pequeño juego de té y una botella de agua. Por la noche es tranquila y no se oye nada. El aseo es pequeño pero suficiente. Los anfitriones son encantadores, nos recomendaron lugares para cenar y para visitar y en el desayuno estuvimos hablando con la propietaria, super simpática! El desayuno es totalmente casero, tomamos el Irish breakfast y tortitas buenísimas en el salón acogedor que daba al exterior y con música ambiente irlandesa. Muy recomendable !

Ard Aoibhinn Roscommon Bed & Breakfast dispone de vistas al jardín, wifi gratis y parking privado gratis. Se encuentra en Lecarrow, a 8,2 km de Centro de visitantes Claypipe. Doris and Kevin were the perfect hosts, beautiful home and the breakfast was fabulous, great nights sleep. Rooms bigger than you would expect and to be woken by birdsong was an added extra. The local pubs were about a mile or so down the road with a harbour if you fancy a walk.Athlone town only 10 minutes away if you fancy a more lively night out taxis available. All in all a great find and most definitely would recommend and hope to revisit in the near future.

They let us borrow two umbrellas and gave us a charger we were missing for my daughter’s headphones. They also helped make dinner reservations at Fallons Bar in nearby Shannonbridge and then confirmed a band playing in the Killen’s Pub next door to that so we got an authentic Irish experience! We stayed here because it’s halfway between the Cliffs of Moher and Dublin. We did Dublin one day and the Cliffs another. Worked perfect for us. And we even visited Clonmacnoise that is right next door which was great. Also, the breakfast was great and they were VERY flexible on what time to have breakfast ready for us which was perfect. Highly recommended!
