The property is non-smoking and is situated 20 km from Blue Lagoon. We have had nothing but very good accommodation throughout our stay in Iceland and this was one of the best. It's in the original house, very nice surroundings, perfect for a night before a plane trip and a shame we didn't have an extra day or two to explore the area. The whole apartment is very cosy and sensitively decorated and probably one of the few where there is also a large TV, great for a final relaxation.

Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, the non-smoking apartment features a hot tub. We used the apartment for your last night before our early morning return flight. It was clean, comfortable beds and temperature, spacious, had everything we needed, well equipped kitchen with some food leftovers, communication with the owners was good and easy, easy check in and check out, close to dinner options and close to the airport although still an expensive taxi ride as seems to be the case in Iceland. Recommended.

I did and love the enginuity of it. We planned our first night at Ghost town because it's close to the airport, the bridge between two continents, the blue lagoon and the active volcano. Perfect for starting your adventure across iceland or if you only have a day or 2 layover. It was the perfect start to our 2 week adventure. 😀 Thank you guys

Of course the hot tub in the bathroom with the window is a very nice feature, which we really enjoyed. The whole set up looks to me like it's best for a cozy couple retreat.... Hot tub, two showers next to each other, mirror in the bedroom, wine and champagne in the kirchen...everything was very "state of the art". And a stunning view! The contact with the owner was very friendly, we had to inform them that we would arrive a day later due to the bad road conditions and they had everything set up for us so that we could just walk in and enjoy.
